Grip-Tech has integrated advanced CAD (Computer Aided Design) and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) software into its CNC systems. We actively use ProEngineer, ProgeCAD, SheetCAM, and OneCNC software packages on a daily basis in our design and production facilities. We are highly experienced and offer full support to our customers.

We are appointed dealers in the following software packages;

CAM - Sheetcam and Sheetcam TNG - a low cost feature packed CAM package that imports DXF and other format drawings for milling, routing, plasma, waterjet, laser and oxy-fuel cutting.

  • Kerf width and cut offset.
  • Automatic cut ordering - inside contours and holes cut before outside contours.
    Pierce height and cut height programing, oxy-fuel preheat time and pierce delay time.
    Optional ramp piercing - reduces material blow back into the torch, increases consumable life and reduces faulty cuts due to blocked nozzles

  • Drilling - Drill from circles or points in a DXF file, peck drilling with retract control
