Grip-Tech has a profesionally qualified team with a strong research and development focus and expertise in product development and manufacturing using CAD/CAM systems, as well as CNC Turning, Milling, Robotic welding and complex PC-based process contol and post-processing.

Our team members are qualified in the mechanical and electronic engineering disciplines and experienced in using  several 3D CAD and CAM design software systems, including ProEngineer CAD, Structural and Thermal Analysis, ProgeCAD, SheetCAM, and our own process control systems and post-processors. We have developed many products for the automotive and building sectors, as well as our own CNC machines.

We have been visited by several academic institutions, including Tswane Institute of Technology (TUT), CSIR, Automotive Industrial Development Council (AIDC), and invited as extrenal examiner for the University of KwazuluNatal's School of Mechanical Engineering.
